The project began by carefully stripping back the existing structure, preparing it for a new chapter. We added a beautiful extension, seamlessly connected to the original building with a bespoke glass link, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The new addition includes a spacious bedroom with an ensuite and a versatile office space above—ideal for contemporary living.
Constructed with locally sourced Cotswold stone, the extension blends effortlessly with the historic architecture, while new windows, doors, and a roof revitalise the exterior. A raised patio and bespoke stone steps provide an inviting transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
Inside, the property was completely refurbished to the highest standards. We stripped the interior back to its core, installing new electrics and plumbing throughout. The space was then carefully lime plastered, ensuring a breathable and durable finish. The addition of a custom-designed kitchen and bathroom completes the transformation, creating a luxurious yet practical home for modern family life.
